Shipping Policy

All Maison Puli pieces are carefully packed and shipped from the United States.

Due to the nature of handcrafted ceramics and delicate materials, we take extra care in packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during busy periods or collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated as flat rates based on order value and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays outside of our control.

Care in Transit

All ceramics are thoughtfully packed to minimize movement and protect each piece in transit. While breakage is rare, please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may change as Maison Puli grows.
